Various Louisiana neighborhoods struggle to give pupils the instruments, abilities, and resources for success in school and the workplace. Specifically, our area has experienced a considerable rise in the proportion of low-income, first-generation college students. 

Here at Gama Insurance Agencies, we believe everyone should have the right and privilege to receive the best education possible. Ultimately, our goal is to provide those less fortunate with the necessary tools to become productive members of society. Thankfully, in our community, STAND for Children Louisiana is on an ambitious mission to ensure that every child graduates with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in college and their career. 

STAND for Children Louisiana is a nonprofit organization that functions as a unique catalyst for education equity and racial justice to create a brighter future for us all. Schools serving students in disenfranchised communities are often poorly equipped, overcrowded, and staffed with inexperienced teachers. 

With help from our neighbors, we believe that our agency can contribute innovative ways to improve access to quality education regardless of skin color or zip code. Join us in our mission to help schools tackle the problems of limited resources and improve student achievement. All funds raised during our Community Cause Campaign will support and create a positive change in our community.
